• a failed card charge at renewal (Stripe keeps retrying)
• an invoice left unpaid after every retry
• a paused subscription without a payment method

What to do

• Pay the open invoice or update the payment method in the dashboard: app.maticna.si/billing (Plan & billing).
• Access returns as soon as the payment succeeds; the keys stay the same.
