Common causes

• the entity was deleted before our history began
• a typo that happens to pass mod-11
• a natural person who asked to be excluded

What to do

• "Does not exist" is a valid result; show it to the user.

Retry?	No, the result will be the same unless the request changes.
Billing	1 unit (for a well-formed identifier). "Does not exist" is the product.
