Common causes

• http:// instead of https://
• localhost, a private-network address (10.x, 192.168.x, 169.254.x …) or an internal host name
• a user name and password or a #fragment in the URL

What to do

• Use a public https:// address; for local development use a tunnel (e.g. ngrok, Cloudflare Tunnel).
• Authenticate with the webhook-signature signature, not with a password in the URL.

Retry?	No, the result will be the same unless the request changes.
